Lissie Allsopp

Lissie began her professional journey by gaining experience as a performer in The Royal Opera House Chorus and The Dorset Opera Festival Chorus. She then gained a DipHE in Opera Studies from Rose Bruford College, and went on to undertake classical training at Associated Studios in London. After completing her classical vocal studies she went on to gain a 1st Class BA. Hons in Drama, Applied Theatre & Education from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, before specialising in Musical Theatre, Jazz and Vintage performance.

A true show-woman, vocalist Lissie Allsopp delivers Jazz, Swing and Big Band classics with bundles of charm and a generous helping of star quality. Lissie specialises in all things vintage; from the glitzy and glamorous roaring 20s to the stirring patriotism and swinging dance hall melodies of the 1930s & 40s, through to the big band hits and crooner classics of the 1950s. Lissie performs all throughout the UK and some of her recent highlights include performances at Goodwood Revival, Highclere Castle, RAF Brize Norton, Ironbridge WW2 Weekend, Shuttleworth, Bletchley Park, Hughenden Manor & The Battle of Britain Bunker. Whether it's a cosy occasion, an elegant ceremony or a rip roaring musical show, Lissie truly is "...the sparkle you need for any event!"
